26th November 2012 marked the date of the official opening of the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID) in Vienna. KAICIID was founded to enable, empower and encourage dialogue among followers of different religions and cultures around the world. The Centre will act as a hub, facilitating interreligious and intercultural dialogue and understanding, to enhance cooperation, respect for diversity, justice and peace. The Inauguration Ceremony included a Gala Dinner event at the Hofburg Palace. Representatives of major religions and international organizations, as well as from politics and civil society of Austria attended the Inauguration Ceremony. Representative of DJJS, Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti Ji also participated in the event & presented the Eastern philosophy & practical spirituality professed by Divya Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji to the delegations from world over.
