Description

Continuing its crusade against casteism, Sarva Dharma Sansad (Parliament of All Religions) planned to celebrate world human rights day on Dec 12, 2012 as Jaati Todo-Samaj Jodo day. The chain of events was launched by the national convener Swami Agnivesh and several other notable socio-spiritual activists from Constitution club, Rafi Marg, New Delhi from 10 am to 1pm. The Religious leaders from different faiths while giving a call for Jaati Todo-Samaj Jodo, proclaimed that there is no place for birth based caste discrimination in their respective religions & scriptures. The august gathering demanded total prohibition of Manual Scavenging through a deterrent legislation.

The representative of Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan, Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti Ji also participated in the event & graced the dais. Amongst other religious leaders, the disciple of Divya Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji presented her ideology to the august gathering regarding casteism & religion which was applauded by all.
