In today's fast-paced world, the growing pressures of personal and professional life have led to increasing levels of sadness and stress. The result is a visible decline in the emotional and psychological well-being of people, often reflected in the fading of something as simple yet powerful as a smile.
Addressing this deeply human concern, Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS), an international socio-spiritual and cultural organization, with headquarters in India, organized a unique wellness workshop titled ‘3D Happiness Fest: O Me! Smile Plzzz…!’ in Melbourne, Australia on 4th May 2025. The event was conducted under DJJS’s corporate workshop wing, PEACE Program, and aimed to offer a holistic remedy to modern stress through spirituality.
Held at the Encore Event Centre on Derrimut Road, Hoppers Crossing, the event saw participation of over 450 individuals from diverse backgrounds including medical professionals, educators, students, administrative staff and community members.
Influential figures and local leaders were also in attendance, namely- Mr. Wayne Farnhan (MP & Shadow Asst. Minister for Planning & Building Industry), Mr. Joe Mccracken (MLC, Western Victorian Region), Mr. Mathew Hilakari (MP, Point Cook), Mr. Pradeep Tiwari (Mayor, Maribyrnong City), Mr. Preet Singh (Counsellor, Wyndham City), Ms. Shivali Chatley (Counsellor, Greater Bendigo), Mr. Lee Moskwa (Vice President, Kho Kho Australia), Australian Kho Kho Women's Team Members- Ms. Randeep Kaur and Ms. Madhuri Balimane, along with Supporter Ms. Harneet Kaur and Dr. Neeraj Agarwal (Sr. Psychiatrist, Public Mental Health Services).
The workshop was led by three Sadhvis from India – all disciples of Divya Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj, Founder and Head of DJJS. These Sadhvis brought with them not only profound wisdom but also practical tools for transforming inner turmoil into lasting peace. This two-hour workshop marked a journey into the three fundamental dimensions of human existence—Body, Mind, and Soul.
Began with a focus on the Body, with Sadhvi Shailasa Bharti ji, Facilitator, PEACE Program, conducted a session on physical detoxification. Participants were guided through various cycles of light movement exercises and laughter therapies. Activities that defined happiness as a state of mind were conducted. Clap-tap sessions infused joy and helped release tension, leaving attendees physically refreshed and emotionally lighter.
Next came the dimension of the Mind, where Sadhvi Parma Bharti ji, Facilitator, PEACE Program, delved into the workings of human thought and emotions. Through several social experiments and mood management techniques, she decoded ways to restore mental balance and reduce internal disturbances. She also illustrated the roles of adjustment and compromise in maintaining healthy and happy relationships.
The final session was dedicated to the Soul. Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharti ji, Principal Coordinator, PEACE Program, led this segment, introducing participants to the spiritual model of mental health through the practice of Meditation. She said, “The chariot of life must be guided by soul consciousness, not the senses. BrahmGyan’s meditation lets one see the soul and make you live through that awareness. Today, under the aegis of Divya Gurudev Shri Ashutosh Maharaj Ji, lakhs of individuals from all walks of life across the globe are experiencing eternal happinessthrough the practice of Brahm Gyan-based meditation. On behalf of DJJS, I warmly invite you all to embark on this transformative journey—from chaos to calm.”
Expressing his views, Mr. Wayne Farnhan (MP & Shadow Asst. Minister for Planning & Building Industry) said, “I don't think anybody really talks about what organisations like DJJS do for us and what they bring to us and our communities. A program like this actually got me thinking quite a lot about the way I deal with things in my life. We know mental health is a huge struggle in our community, but this program gave us what we need to make our communities better.”
Similarly, Joe McCracken (MLC, Western Victorian Region) said, “As a busy professional, we often don't have much time in our day-to-day lives to reflect on the deeper things in life. When we consider how busy we are, stress, mental health challenges, and ways to minimise them—it's important that this program gave us the tools to help deal with those things.”
The event was amplified by the support of several sponsors like Teesdale Family Medical Centre, Absolut Financial, Trinity Medical Group, Gurzora Homes, Perfect Web Designer, Commune Health Services, Lotus Family Clinic, Urban Dream Real Estate, Brilliant Migration Club, SAM hair & beauty spot, and many others as well as community organizations, including Sahara Victorian Association, Let’s Feed, Vedic Global, Aastha, AHA, MISC and others.
